LS Materials, a subsidiary of LS Cable amp; System established in 2021, is engaged in eco-friendly energy UC and aluminum materials and components as its main business. LS Materials recorded sales of 161.9 billion won and operating profit of 14.4 billion won in 2022. This is an increase of 280% and 470% compared to 2021, respectively. According to LS Materials own accounts, sales in October this year are worth 11.4 billion won.

LS Materials conducted a demand forecast for institutional investors from November 22nd to 28th. 2,025 domestic and foreign organizations participated in the demand forecast, recording a competition ratio of 396.8 to 1, and the public offering price was set at 6,000 won, which exceeded the companys desired range 4,400 to 5,500 won. At that time, 91% of the total application was reported to have spent more than 6,000 won. The public offering amount is 87.75 billion won and the market capitalization based on the public offering price is about 405.9 billion won.
