The ‘Andre Kim with Lee Sang-il’ fashion show was held on Monday at the outdoor stage of L’art de la vie Art amp; Resorts in Icheon, Gyeonggi-do.

The event was the first fashion show personally organized by Andre Kim Atelier head Kim Jung-do since the passing of his father, the legendary designer Andre Kim, in 2010.


The show, which was attended by around 100 guests, featured over 60 designs. The collection included elegant pieces originally designed by Andre Kim, as well as new creations by Kim Jung-do that reflect his father’s spirit. The runway captivated the audience with an array of outfits from intricate black and white garments with Andre Kim’s signature embroidery to striking blue women’s two-piece suits.

In addition to these designs, the show highlighted products resulting from a collaboration with the Korean street casual brand SLOWACID, which are also available on the popular fashion platform Musinsa.



Since Andre Kim’s death, Kim Jung-do has dedicated the past 14 years to preserving and advancing the Andre Kim Atelier. He said, “We were unable to hold events due to various circumstances, including the Covid-19 pandemic, but from 2024 onwards we are committed to actively organizing fashion shows and revitalizing the brand. We are also preparing a second brand targeting the younger generation.”
