LG Uplus offers educational resources for Neulbom School

LG Uplus Corp. announced Thursday that it is offering educational content to primary school students in Gyeonggi and Gangwon provinces joining Neulbom School, a program that offers before- and after-school care.

According to the company, LG Uplus, which also operates a children-focused content platform, will offer video content sourced from its platform to about 300 students across roughly 30 elementary schools in the Gyeonggi and Gangwon regions.


The video content will be used for Neulbom School during the first semester of this year.

Previously, LG Uplus Corp. had provided extended day programs catering to first-grade elementary school students in Gyeonggi and Gangwon Provinces through a consortium comprising Seojeong University and the software education company, Etedu.

LG Uplus is also considering plans to introduce interactive content using tablet computers after their assessment on students‘ engagement and feedback.

The company also plans to curate customized children’s content tailored for diverse age groups using ixi, its own artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
