SK C&C's new leaders to boost digital factory, cloud growth

SK C&C made strategic additions aimed at fortifying its position as it moves to strengthen its growth momentum in its four growth drivers of artificial intelligence (AI), cloud, digital factory and environmental, social, and governance (ESG), in addition to digital consulting.

SK C&C said Tuesday that Kim Min-hyeok, a veteran digital transformation (DX) specialist in the manufacturing industry with two decades of experience in global locations including China and Singapore, joined the company to lead its newly formed digital factory division.

The company also named Lee Ji-seon, formerly of Naver Cloud Corp, to lead the cloud platform group and enhance the competitiveness of its cloud managed service provider (MSP) platform.

The company has also formed the Evangelist Task Force (TF) Group, with internal industry and DX experts to explore new business opportunities in domestic and international generative AI and digital ESG.
